Sweepstakes Rules — Sportsbook

A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sportsbook sweepstakes. Participants may request free Gold Coins by submitting a hand-printed request via first-class mail to the address listed in Section 10. One request per outer envelope. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • Void in Hawaii, and wherever else prohibited by law.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by: (a) creating a free account at Gaming Super App and collecting daily free Gold Coins; or (b) submitting a mail-in request for free Gold Coins (see Section 1). The sweepstakes runs on a continuous promotional period. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotional period with reasonable notice.

4. Gold Coins

Gold Coins are the play currency for Sportsbook. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for prizes, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Gold Coins may be collected for free daily, received as part of promotions, or purchased as add-ons (a purchase is not required to play or win). Purchased Gold Coins do not provide any advantage in the sweepstakes beyond increasing the volume of play.

5. Prize Currency

Prize currency is earned through winning Sportsbook plays using Gold Coins. Prize currency is a separate, redeemable balance. It can be exchanged for cash prizes subject to the redemption terms in Section 6. Prize currency has no expiry but is subject to these Rules and the Terms of Service.

6. Prizes & Redemption

Prize currency may be redeemed for cash at the exchange rate displayed in your wallet at the time of redemption. Minimum redemption amounts apply (displayed in-app). KYC (identity verification) is required before first redemption — this is a one-time step. Redemptions are processed within 1–5 business days. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and the outcomes of the selected sports markets. Sportsbook plays are based on real sporting events; outcomes are not guaranteed. There is no guarantee of winning prize currency.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on prize value. Prizes of $600 or more may be subject to IRS reporting requirements (Form 1099). Sponsor will issue the appropriate tax forms as required by law. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before receiving their prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, or violating these Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, or acts of God affecting the sweepstakes. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
