1. Overview

Gaming Super App ("Company," "we," "us") operates a gaming platform offering two distinct products: Pick'em (a real-money daily fantasy sports product) and Sportsbook (a sweepstakes promotion). These products have separate rules, wallet systems, and legal frameworks — they are never combined.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in select states) to use this platform.
• Pick'em is available in most U.S. states except AZ, HI, ID, LA, MT, NV, and WA. Additional restrictions may apply.
• Sportsbook (sweepstakes) is available in the U.S. and Canada where not prohibited by law.
• You must be physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of each money action. Location is verified at sign-up and re-confirmed for money actions.
• Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Company and its partners are ineligible.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to use it. You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pick'em (Real-Money DFS)

Pick'em is a skill-based, real-money daily fantasy sports game. Entry fees are deducted from your Cash wallet. Results are determined by real-world statistical outcomes. This product involves real money — deposits and withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Pick'em is not a form of sports betting or gambling; it is regulated as fantasy sports under applicable state laws.

Operator reserves the right to cancel, void, or adjust entries in cases of data errors, player withdrawals, or other circumstances specified in the contest rules.

5. Sportsbook (Sweepstakes)

Sportsbook is a sweepstakes promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Gold Coins (the play currency) can be collected for free. Prize currency won through Sportsbook can be redeemed subject to the Sweepstakes Rules. See our Sweepstakes Rules for full details.

6. Wallets, Deposits & Withdrawals

Pick'em operates a Cash wallet (real money) and a separate Promo wallet. Sportsbook operates a Gold Coins wallet and a Prize wallet. These wallets are completely separate and funds do not transfer between products.

• All deposits are processed via third-party payment processors. We never store raw card data.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification (one-time, required before first withdrawal only).
• Every money action requires an explicit confirmation step. All requests are idempotent — retry-safe.
• Promo funds are subject to separate promotional terms and may have wagering requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide deposit limits, spend limits, time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These are available at any time in your account settings. We comply with all applicable responsible gaming requirements. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or circumventing eligibility checks.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Any form of collusion, match manipulation, or insider-information use.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including trademarks, software, data, and design — is owned by the Company or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the new Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
