Terms of Service

By accessing or using ApexWin (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ApexWin Inc. ("ApexWin," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and physically located in a state where the Platform operates to create an account or place any entry.

We verify age and location at sign-up and on an ongoing basis. Access may be restricted or suspended if we're unable to confirm eligibility, or if the laws of your jurisdiction change.

Each person may hold one account. You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@apexwin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deposits are processed instantly via supported payment methods. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are detailed in the Help Center.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal, in line with applicable financial regulations. KYC never blocks you from playing — it applies only when you go to cash out.

We do not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

Player projections are set by ApexWin and are final at the time an entry is submitted. Entries may combine multiple picks, each of which must be correct for the full entry to pay out, per the multiplier shown at entry.

If a player is ruled out, or a game is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the affected pick is voided and the entry recalculated at the reduced number of legs, or refunded where required.

Stat corrections issued by the official league or statistics provider after a game are binding and may result in an entry's outcome being adjusted retroactively.

Odds are set by ApexWin and are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Once confirmed, a wager is settled according to the odds in effect at that time.

Wagers on events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned prior to completion are void and refunded, unless official results are later issued by the relevant governing body.

Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") may be corrected or voided at our discretion, even after a wager has been placed.

You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Platform; hold or benefit from more than one account; collude with other users; or attempt to manipulate outcomes, odds, or projections.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of funds derived from the prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

We offer deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from your account settings. These tools are designed to put you in control of your play.

If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, resources are available through the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700) and in-app under Responsible Gaming.

All content on the Platform — including the ApexWin name, logo, software, design, and data — is owned by ApexWin Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexWin Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the law of your state of residence.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where you may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
