- Click 'Sign up' in the top navigation. You'll need an email address and a secure password. Age and location verification happens automatically at sign-up β it's usually instant.
- Yes β one account gives you access to both products. Your Pick'em Cash wallet and Sportsbook Gold Coin wallet are completely separate and do not mix.
- Click 'Log in', then 'Forgot password'. Enter the email address on your account and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Contact support at support@gamingsuperapp.com to request account closure. Any available balance will be returned to you via your deposit method. Promo balances are subject to terms.
- Pick'em is a real-money daily fantasy sports (DFS) game. You pick 2β6 player projections (More/Less) and your entry fee goes into a Cash wallet. Winnings are cash, credited to your wallet when events settle.
- Pick'em is available in most U.S. states. It is not currently available in AZ, HI, ID, LA, MT, NV, or WA. Check the State Availability page for the latest information.
- Go to Wallet β Deposit in the app. Supported methods include debit card, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal (where available). Transactions are processed via a PCI-compliant payment processor β we never see your raw card data. Minimum deposit amounts are shown at checkout.
- Go to Wallet β Withdraw. The first withdrawal requires completing KYC (identity verification). After that, withdrawals take 1β3 business days via ACH, or same-day with Instant Pay where available. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.
- Sportsbook is a sweepstakes promotion. No purchase is necessary to play or win. You play using Gold Coins (free to collect daily). When you win, you earn prize currency which can be redeemed for real cash prizes.
- Gold Coins are available free every day when you log in. You can also request free Gold Coins by mail (see our Sweepstakes Rules for details). No purchase is ever required.
- Sportsbook (sweepstakes) is available across most of the U.S. and Canada. Availability in Hawaii is limited. See the State Availability page for the full list.
- Go to Wallet β Redeem. The first redemption requires completing KYC once. Prize currency redemptions take 1β5 business days. The exchange rate and minimum redemption amount are shown in your wallet.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification β you upload a government-issued ID. It is required once, before your first cash withdrawal (Pick'em) or prize redemption (Sportsbook). It never blocks you from browsing, depositing, or playing.
- Most KYC reviews complete within a few minutes via automated verification. In some cases it may take 1β2 business days. We will email you the result.
- Log in, go to Account β Responsible Gaming, and choose 'Deposit limit'. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 72-hour review period.
- Go to Account β Responsible Gaming. You can take a cool-off (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or self-exclude for longer periods. Cool-offs take effect immediately. Your active entries or bets will still settle normally.
- Help is available 24/7 from the National Council on Problem Gambling: call or text 1-800-522-4700. All calls are confidential and free. You can also self-exclude from our platform at any time via Account β Responsible Gaming.
- Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Check our status page or contact support if issues continue.
- We use your device's GPS to confirm you're in an eligible state before money actions. When prompted, click 'Allow' for location access. If you denied it previously, you can re-enable it in your browser or device settings.
