Full walkthrough
How it works
From creating your account to your first withdrawal — everything you need to know, honestly explained.
The journey
Sign up → play → win → redeem
Six steps. Works for both Pick'em and Sportsbook — with per-product nuance noted.
- 1
Create your account
Sign up with your email address and create a secure password. It takes less than two minutes. One account gives you access to both Pick'em and Sportsbook.
No payment information needed at this stage.
- 2
Confirm your age & location
We confirm you are 18+ (21+ in some states) and that you are located in an eligible state or province. This is a legal requirement — it happens once at sign-up and is usually instant. Location is re-confirmed automatically when you take a money action.
This is not the same as full identity verification (KYC). You do not need to upload an ID yet.
- 3
Fund your wallet or collect coins
Pick'em
Deposit real money into your Cash wallet. Minimum deposit shown at checkout. Supported methods: debit card, ACH, PayPal (where available). Transactions are processed via payment processor — we never see raw card data.
Sportsbook
Collect your free daily Gold Coins. No purchase required. You can also purchase additional Gold Coin bundles if you want more play, or request free coins by mail-in method.
- 4
Play
Browse the board, pick your players or markets, set your entry size (or stake), and submit. You can play on the web or in the native app — whichever you prefer.
Pick'em
Choose 2–6 player projections (More/Less). Entry fee deducted from your Cash wallet.
Sportsbook
Select sports markets and wager Gold Coins. Prize currency paid on wins.
- 5
Win
Results settle automatically once the sporting event ends. Your balance updates in real time. Wins are credited directly to your wallet — no manual claims.
Pick'em: winnings in cash. Sportsbook: winnings in prize currency.
- 6
Redeem your winnings
When you're ready to withdraw, initiate a withdrawal or redemption request. The first time you do this, you will be prompted to complete KYC (identity verification) — this is a one-time step required by law.
About KYC
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a legal requirement before processing any cash withdrawal or prize redemption. You'll upload a government-issued ID. It takes a few minutes and is reviewed instantly in most cases. Importantly:
- ✓KYC does not block you from browsing, depositing, or playing.
- ✓It is required only once, before your first money-out.
- ✓Your data is encrypted and processed securely.
Pick'em withdrawal
ACH: 1–3 business days. Instant Pay (where available): same day. Minimums and methods shown at checkout.
Sportsbook redemption
Prize currency redemptions: 1–5 business days. Rate and methods displayed in your wallet.
